How do I use the product?

Sit or lie down, tilt your head to one side and put 6-8 drops of oil in your ear. Wiggle your ear with your fingers to make sure all the oil goes down the ear canal. Flush the ear with an ear syringe filled with water two to four times. Bring your head upright again and wipe the excess off and repeat on the other side. Download completed directions here.
